Wedding Cake Toppers - more than just the icing!

Resolved Question: Final question on wedding cake: Cookies n’ Cream or Cherry Chip?

Okay, so I’ve narrowed the cake down to cookies and cream or cherry chip. Both sound delicious, but I’m stumped as to which one to use! See, I personally, love cookies and cream more, but chances are our guests will prefer cherry chip. Would it be good to do the bottom tier cookies and cream, the middle tier cherry chip, and the top tier cookies and cream? Or would the whole cake be fine as cookies and cream?
