Question by Deborah Nutting: What do I make for our one year wedding anniversary dinner?
We don’t have a lot of money, and he feels bad that we can’t go out anywhere fancy. So I wanted to make something for him, that will be memorable. He is kind of a picky eater, he’s not big on vegetables or seafood. He loves spanish foods, cuban, puerto rican, and mexican, so I would like to make something of that sort. He loves spanish rice and shredded pork but I have no idea how to make any of it.

Also, he’s not big on dessert, or sweets. And we couldn’t save our wedding cake (because it had a cream filling and we didn’t go home right away). However I was thinking that I could make a little tiny cake, and re-create our wedding cake, and even put our cake topper on top. Is that a good idea?
