Question by : how to make a heart wedding cake?
hello people
i am asking a little help in making a wedding cake for my sister i will include a link to the picture
she would like a 3 tier heart wedding cake that all stand on separate tiers her colour scheme she has given me is white and pink with matching flowers on top
the top layer would be a traditional fruit cake im o.k with this but i need advise on the other 2 tiers …middle tier she would like a white chocolate sponge with a white chocolate icing such as a ganache is this possible or should i just stick to a white sugarpaste (ready to roll) and would i make the sponge the same way as a normal chocolate sponge just replacing milk choc with white choc ..
and for the bottom tier the largest she would like a milk choc fudge cake how long would this last for and is it really suitable for the wedding cake …ANY help and advise would be fantastic aslo does neone know how to make the heart details on the sides of the cake sorry the pic aint that great but its all i have

I’m wondering what type of wedding cake toppers today’s couples are choosing for the top of their wedding cakes (i.e., flowers, bride/groom figurines, initials, etc.).
