Question by rmance4evr: Where can I find a glass heart wedding cake topper?
I don’t want the solid one that you engrave the names on. All the glass heart toppers I’ve found online have an ugly base or a hideous skirt covering the base. Does anyone know where to find a simple elegant glass heart wedding topper with a simple elegant glass base?
It also has to be under $ 75. The bride is on a tight budget and doesn’t want to spend more than that on a cake topper.

Question by Treasa: What cake would go well with this topper?
I was looking at cake toppers, and this figurine made by Willow Tree seems just right. We can even keep it afterwards for putting on a hearth or something. http://www.weddingcollectibles.com/Willow-Tree–Together-Wedding-Cake-Topper-Figurine-p-359.html
The problem is that it is 9 inches tall, and there will be less than 15 people (including us) at our wedding. I don’t want the cake to overwhelm the guests, and I don’t want the topper to overwhelm the cake. Would it be appropriate to do a bundt cake like one of these: http://www.channingsbundtcakefactory.com.tsbsite.com/images/stice%20wedding.JPG and put a stand in the middle to hold up the figurine? Do you think that would be enough cake for 10-15 people? Thanks!
Also, if you have a better idea/photo, please let me know!
